We appreciate how important it is to receive your order quickly so, whenever possible and with the exception of weekends and Bank Holidays, we aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days. Please note that this is not guaranteed and in periods of high demand is not always possible. If, however, your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help. Please also bear in mind that if your order is for a large number of different fabrics, preparation takes a wee bit more time.
Orders being sent to UK addresses will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services. Orders up to £10 in value will be sent by Tracked 48.
Orders being sent to International addresses will be shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked . Please Note: International packages weighing in excess of 2kg may be subject to additional charges to those shown below.

In accordance with UK Export Regulations, we are required to declare the value and identify the merchandise as ‘dutiable’ for all international parcels. Products ordered from our site for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes levied when the delivery reaches its specified destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any import duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Suki Loves to Sew has no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they will be. For more information on Customs Duty, taxes and regulations, please contact your local customs office.
Our parcels are packed with great care and every effort is made to ensure that your purchase arrives safely. When a parcel has left Suki Loves to Sew, it is then the responsibility of the selected delivery service to ensure safe transit and delivery. Proof of posting is obtained for all shipments and should an item be damaged or lost in transit, we will do all we can to assist in resolving the issue. Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods are delivered to your nominated address or to a neighbour. Upon such delivery, risks of loss, breakage and damage pass to the Buyer and Suki Loves to Sew cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All delivery dates are estimated and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by UK Royal Mail, overseas postal services or any courier we may use to despatch your goods. We also cannot be held responsible for any international parcels delayed by Customs procedures.
We do not ship goods to P O Box addresses.
