Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase however, if this is not the case, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order within seven days of receipt for a full refund, excluding postage.  

Unless faulty, fabric and trims that have been cut to customer requirement cannot be returned and are non refundable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, resaleable condition.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if, after inspection, packaging is not in tact and the item is found to be used.  Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items and a Certificate of Postage/Dispatch should be obtained from the Post Office or Courier Service used.  We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit from a customer.  

If you would like to exchange an item, please call us to ensure that we have the item you require in stock.  Customers are responsible for return postage costs together with standard online postage rates to ship the exchanged item.  If additional funds are required to fulfil the order, you will be sent an invoice however, if the new order value is less, a refund will be made to your Paypal account. 

When returning any items, please include your full name, address and a contact telephone number.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

All items are quality checked prior to dispatch, however, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty, we will pay the postage cost of returning the item and issue you with an exchange or refund.  Prior to returning your goods, please email us at with a photo and description of the damage or fault for your return to be authorised.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not faulty or have been deliberately damaged.

If you are an Overseas Customer and wish to return a damaged or faulty product, please email us at with a photo and description of the damage or fault for your return to be authorised.

Please note we will not issue postage refunds for unauthorised returns of damaged or faulty goods.


Refunds will be made via Paypal within five working days of the item being received and the refund agreed.
